Setting Up Your Hosted PBX Phone System Voicemail (For The First Time):
#1: Press the Voicemail key.
#2: You will be prompted for a password. Your default password is your extension number.
#3: Enter your new password followed by the #key. (Must not be your extension number).
#4: Record you name when prompted then press the #key. Then press 1 to accept, 2 to listen and 3 to record.
#5: Record you unavailable message when prompted the press the # key. Then press 1 to accept, 2 to listen and 3 to re-record.
#6: Record your busy message when prompted then press the # key,. Then press 1 to accept, 2 to listen and 3 to re-record.
#7: You will then be sent to your voicemail box.

If Using Auto Attendant… Dial the main telephone number of your company. When the Automated Attendant started to play, press the # key. Enter your mailbox number, and then your password.
Key Main Menu Options:
Press 1: New/Old Messages
Press 2: Change Folders
Press 3: Advanced Options — 1 to Leave Message for Another User or * to Return to Main Menu
Press 0: Mailbox Options
1: Record Unavailable Greeting
2: Record Busy Greeting
3: Record Name
4: Record Temporary Greeting
5: Change Password
*: Return to Main Menu
Press *: Help
Press #: Exit
